Who our terms cover

Our website terms apply to players who live in Great Britain. When we say "we", "us" or "our", we mean White Hat Gaming Limited, which operates Miami Dice. Our brand is owned by Somerai Technology Limited.

Gambling activity in Great Britain on our website is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission under licence number 52894.

What makes up the Terms of Use

By opening an account or using our website, you accept our Terms of Use. They include our UK website terms, the rules of each game you play, any promotional terms that apply to an offer, and our Privacy and Cookie Notice. If two of these documents conflict, they take priority in that order. The same terms apply when you play on a mobile phone or tablet.

Opening an account

To open an account you must be at least 18, live in Great Britain at the address you give us, and keep your details accurate. You may hold only one account with us. Use your own bank account, debit card or other payment method, and do not play on behalf of anybody else. You cannot join if you have excluded yourself from gambling on any site on our network.

If any of these statements turns out to be untrue, we may keep your stake and we do not have to pay winnings. Accepting an account application is at our discretion. Keep your login details private, as you are responsible for every bet placed on your account.

Verification checks

We carry out checks on your identity, age and address. We may ask for documents at any point while you hold an account with us. Withdrawals can be limited or paused while checks are still running, and an account may be suspended or closed if the checks cannot be completed.

Deposits and withdrawals

You play in British Pounds. Deposits should be made in order to play, not to use the account as a bank account. We pay withdrawals to the same payment method you used to deposit, after our checks are complete. The minimum withdrawal is £20; if your balance is lower, our Customer Support team can help you withdraw the full amount.

Payout limits

The most we pay for any single bet or spin is £250,000, not counting Progressive Jackpot wins. Jackpots above £250,000 can take up to 30 days to pay.

Fair play

Cheating, collusion, money laundering, the use of software or devices to gain an advantage, and other irregular play can lead us to suspend or close an account, cancel bets and keep winnings.

Changes to these terms

We may make minor changes to our terms at any time. If a change is material, we tell you first, and you can decide whether to accept it before you keep using the website.
