Financial limits

You can set a daily, weekly or monthly limit when you register or later in your account. We apply a lower limit straight away. An increase takes effect after 24 hours and only once you confirm it.

Reminders and account history

Our game-time reminder can be set from 1 minute upwards and applies to each session. Your deposit and withdrawal history is always available in My Account.

Time-out

Take a break of 24 hours up to 6 weeks from the Responsible Gaming area of My Account. Your account is locked straight away and the break cannot be ended early.

Clock-off and payday time-out

Clock-off lets you block chosen hours on chosen days each week. Payday time-out blocks your account for a whole day on a date you choose, such as your payday, and repeats on the schedule you pick.

Self-exclusion

If you need a longer break, you can exclude yourself for 6 months up to 5 years. The exclusion covers all accounts on our network and cannot be lifted before the period ends. When it ends, you need to contact Customer Support, wait 24 hours and speak to our Responsible Gambling team before you can play again.
